I'm going to spend the night at anchor but this muddy river is very shallow. I keep running aground.

Dang.. woke up at 0430 (Monday) morning to change from CC to TWA.. and fell asleep at the keyboard after setting the wrong course..
Oh well, there's still 4259 miles to go!

Similar. Set off with a TWA intending to set a course to steer Sunday night but forgot. Big mistake. Ended up with 1kn breeze most of Monday trying to get back out to sea. Went from 20th to 700th in about 2 hours. Meanwhile son overtook me and ended up in first place for way too long. Still, plenty of time to catch up! Frustrating isn't it when one small error has such a big effect on the race.

to err is human ...

I err, and err again.I think, therefore I am. I am, therefore I sail.

Alistairr, an interesting strategy you have there.
The next two days look horrendously confusing.
