DSC Ch70 question

When I DSC another yacht using it's MMSI the digital burst goes off on Ch70. Does the burst go at the power the VHF is set to? Or will the digital burst go at 25W as standard?

Logically it should go at the same power as the rig's set to, e.g. low or high.

However equally logically you'd want to send the signal as strongly as you could, particularly the urgency type messages.
