One has 'Lt Jo...' on it. Your's perhaps?
One has been roughly repaired with gaffer tape which suggests they are used more than once.'The lyf so short

Some have got close, but I will need more than just a guess at what it is. I need the context in which it is used, as they were specially made for a particular role.
