Been a while, but the new covers and upholstery are in. Decided to go for black canvas and beige upholstery. Rather pleased with the results...

New covers at lastThe nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, and is not preceded by a period of worry and doubt.

Very nice; I think the black canvas/beige upholstery is a perfect combo. If I didn't have a blue hull I'd be in your club already.
So: fender socks?

The fawn seats really modernise
Black canopies looks great too, the brand new appearance of the covers is enhanced by the contrasting blue/navy/naked white fenders

Yeah, fender socks will be next, and I may even change to black warps as well. The fabric is not Sunbrella, as the canopy man advised against it (it's a b!tch to keep clean, apparently); it is Silvertex vinyl, which has a fabric-like texture to it.The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, and is not preceded by a period of worry and doubt.
