All the downloads have pages 58 and 59 missing which seem to cover fuel bleeding. Is there a link to a site with the relevant pages included?

You can download from http://www.bluemoment.com/downloads.html without any missing pages. Those pages don't seem to deal with bleeding even though the index says they do

They are missing from that download
