    Default Dinghy repair

I have a small quick silver dinghy, there is a 1 cm hole right at the lower edge of the rubbing strip, I can't get a patch on it, how do you think I could repair it ? I was thinking of cutting an access slit below it and repairing it from the inside, then repair the access. What do you think ?

Hot air gun on the rubbing strip it will peal back and you can put a patch on.

Careful with the hot air gun.

Don't thank me yet, there are usually another load of posts after mine saying I am talking carp.

Another way I have been told to do this, is to remove the valve and repair in the inside through this hole, but I couldn't get the valve off.
