Agree 100% about the "emperors Cloths", i said as much last night when i went there for a meal with a friend, it was absolutely packed inside and out, but the Rose had very few people in. B and O far too crowded, so went to the Rose. Not been to the Red Lion in Chelmo for years, must drop in again soon.

As a Rowhedge resident, I've given up on the Anchor... It's always been variable in quality and there are lots of much nicer places in the area where you can eat much cheaper... Expensive, below average pub food, relying on it's location.

Another +1 for Flavours by Kumar in Ramsgate. Maybe not quite as good as I'd been led to believe, but certainly better than the average curry shop.

The Oyster Smack Inn in Burnham is always good.

The Galley in Woodbridge was lovely the one time that we went there. Must go back.

I have had many meals in the Butt and Oyster. It is busy and pricey and i have had a couple of bad meals and poor service, but i just have to keep going back.

The place to avoid at all cost is The Wheelhouse at Woolverstone Marina. You don't want to pay for food poisoning, so I have heard.

I am in SYH and the food in the lightship is mostly very good and reasonably priced. Beer and wine cheap too.

Ah yes, sorry. The Riverside is what I should have said. I know some in Wolverstone Marina that now refuse to go there. A terrible shame.
