    Default iSailor.......printing, how?

I have drawn up a "route" on iSailor

Is there any way of printing the route details, the courses and distances between the waypoints?

    Thanks

Page 7 of this suggests screen grabbing - yuck.

    https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=...=print&f=false

Edit - Navionics lets you export a KML file that is basically a list of waypoint for the route that you can then import into their webapp. Its pretty cool. Id try and find a way to export the route to a KML or similar and then you can import it into something else.

Doesn't seem to be a way direct as far as I can see.

    Workaround is:

    Export as GPX.
Import to OpenCpn on computer as a route

    Open route in Route manager
    All info is there.
    Select Print

If you have OpenCpn takes about a minute, that's all.

Edit: Can't get the Print (route) function to work on my mac. Anybody know how? I press Print & the program just freezes (4.6.1/4.8)

Navionics let you export it like this:

https://webapp.navionics.com/maps/#s...4877203771.kml... I wonder if there is anyway of feeding it your own KML?

    edit: Guess not, chortle:

Cross domain requests don't work - so it would be buying Navionics to get it working. Humm.

An alternative would be to draw out your route again in Navionics Webapp on your computer? Depends how complex it is. https://webapp.navionics.com

Export from iSailor as a gpx to Notes or as an email to yourself. Put gpx file on your desktop (say). Open Opencpn route manager in top toolbar. Choose import, select gpx file and it should be there on the list.
I couldn't get it to print though.
