    Default Autohelm and rudder feel

Does a below-deck linear drive autohelm affect rudder "feel" when hand steering under sail?

In my experience, no... If the AH is not engaged (clutched disengaged) then the ram has nearly zero drag...

Same here. I do have the overhead of twin wheels but no noticeable difference when Autohelm linear drive is fitted and clutch disengaged.

My experience too, no perceptible drag. Robertson autopilot.
