    PFF is right around the harbour from the marina, and along towards the beach. Phenomenal place...

    Well that didn't last long. Pity, half price offers looked tempting.
    Hasn't Waitrose got any leverage (USA) in this fiasco?Or Red Funnel, with their new planning permission?
