    Default Marina advice, Solent area.

We'll be trundling around the south coast next month and looking for somewhere to stay with easy access for a couple of days in the Solent area.
    Any recommendations?
The boat is a Fairline 43 Sedan (46 ft )
    Thanks.

You will find Palma Mallorca most convenient and probably cheaper.

When you need to visit the Solent there are regular flights to Southampton on FlyBe.

    :-)

Lymington - we are at Berthon and it is a great location near the town.

Any of the Hamble river Marinas are pretty good, they get more expensive the closer to the river entrance, I was at Hamble Point Marina for years, location: Perfect, price: eye-watering!

Most places up the Hamble are quiet. Bucklers Hard. Newtown Creek on IOW (on hook). Hythe Village Marina.

You said Marina, so assume you ponttoon, water, elec and wifi.

Bembridge and Beaulieu probably the two quietest options.

Perhaps Island Harbour, but beware the festival weekend.

You might like Mercury on the Hamble.

    Yarmouth is quiet mid week.
