Re: Hydrovane self-steering
Hi There,
I've got one.
I bought it ages ago, but never picked it up from the previous owner in Sheffield, so it's still in very good condition as he didn't use it much either.
Now my circumstances have changed, and I probably won't be needing it.
I paid £1700 for it, so I'd just want that back.
I did a lot of reading up on these before I bought it, and it seems that the Hydrovane is the Rolls Royce of self steerers.
Anyway, email me at
info@oilpads.co.uk
if you're interested,
Cheers,
StuartChose a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life.

If anyone out there is after a Windpilot Pacific, I've got a beaut' for sale. fantastic piece of kit will fit 28 to 45 foot yacht.
When I bought wood, they said, 'You'll be forever doing maintainance,' So I bought steel, They said 'You'll be forever doing maintainance' Now I've bought GRP, And all I'm ever doing is bloody maintainance!!(MUST BE A CLASSIC YACHT!!!!)

I have one for sale as well. £1500. It's the X shaft, which is the longest of the four. It's a 1996 model but has only been lightly used. Email me at starga8er@aol.com if you are interested.
