Out of interest how much would it cost to have a lift out and survey prior to bidding?

For going transat by boat, I'd feel much safer doing it Nigelpickin style, rather than with this thing.
Should her main be disabled, even just temporarily, I don't dare thinking how frightening she would become, in any ocean swell.
And frankly, also for living aboard I wouldn't swap my humble 56 footer for her, even if I could at no additional cost.
I can only think of one potential buyer for her, and it's someone interested in a floating B&B business.

The interior is stunning. The only thing I don’t like is the stern, it looks like it was chopped off, not in keeping with her elegant lines

I got a new OAMMC (over active man maths calculator) for Chrimbo, its the most wild model yet, but even mine can't make sense of that boat.

At 200k I reckon no bids.

Its 100k houseboat in a creek in Kent.

Has been for sale at Boats.co.uk for a few years now, still listed on their website @ 1.5 million, obviously now keen to move on. Buying it is one thing but the running/maintenance costs would be huge.
