    Default Brokers photos. Again

Lovely presentation. You’d really want to drive miles to look at this.

Cant see what is wrong with that shows the honest state of the boat...….. Also it is not for Brokers to tidy up
Only ever look down on a person when you are bending over to help them up.

I agree with the Op that the photo is dire and would put off many prospective buyers.

But the broker is what it says - a broker. he is not like a second hand cat dealer who own the stock.

I used to assist a local broker and would tell owners that we had little chance of selling their boats if they didn't tidy them up. One prospective seller asked me to photo their boat and when i got on board there was 3 inches of green water above the floorboards.

I told owners who really wanted to sell that their boat had to be
    (a) the cleanest/tidiest, and
    (b) the cheapest
    boat on the market.

I could go on for hours about owners who insist we put it on the market at unrealistic prices. Then, after two or more years of price reductions, eventually sold for 20-30% less than they could have got at the beginning if they had been more realistic

Nothing like a complimentary view of inside the toilet pan , at least there isn’t a great big log in it like some boats I’ve viewed.
