    I can't find anything much on line but there is plenty of information, plans, and photos in these books:

    "Spritsail(sic) Barges of Thames and Medway" Edgar J. March

    "Sailing Barges" Frank Carr

    "Last of the Sailormen" Bob Roberts

    "Mistley Man's log" R.J.Horlock

    They were also referred to as barge ketches.
