1. Yes. That was officially agreed on an EU-wide basis 18 months or so ago.
2. Yes but, as you imply, 90-in-180 will apply in the rest of Schengen.
3. To be decided, as is the future of Form S1 status (mainly for UK pensioners). Some countries (I don't know if Greece is one) have proposed specific post-Brexit interim healthcare measures for resident UK citizens.
