Money for Shotley Railway Pier and Leiston tourism....mnnnn.
Converted shipping containers converted into a concept of a 'series of rooms' to transform Sea Road, Felixstowe.
Digital interactive tools in Essex to promote the countys coastline.
All fairly controversial stuff no doubt in these times of 'austerity'.

I agree too. Complete waste of money. I'm led to believe that taxpayers money was used, in part, to purchase the pier in the first place.

Well almost, the dreamers got a match-funding deal from Power to Change, which gets its money from the Lottery, which is a tax on the stupid.
