Its a jungle out there......literally surrounded.

Whilst you are there you can goto the visitor centre at the new Agua Clara locks. Shelter Bay is through that bridge and off to the left.

After Gatun locks and a night secured to a mooring buoy, next day is the 40ish miles across the lakes and through Culebra Cut.

Then the down locks, San Pedro and Miraflores.

After dropping the yacht off in Vista Mar Marina 40 odd miles up the coast, we had a few days R+R in Panama City.

Bit of a change from mid Atlantic....

Next delivery, starting on wednesday is a tad less exotic.....Lanzarote to Falmouth!

A transit of the Panama canal on a yacht is one for my Bucket List. Very envious.

Their live webcams can provide good entrainment, too. I watched some of the Clipper fleet transit three abreast last year (my pal was a mate on one).

Don't forget your thermals for the Falmouth delivery

The second one is better than the first!

Mrs S was on this one, she is mightily impressed.

You have to know how to treat a Gal right!!!!
