Weather looks good for Friday. Next weekend a bit windy.

    See you shortly!

I used to have a light aircraft.

I bought the wet sand and buff kit but never had the balls to use it !

I think it is the only way.

Make sure the screen is not coated as this could cause a real mess!

    Cheers J

That’s exactly it....sanding on a screen that is £10k to replace is just wrong

I’ll get the polisher out and give it a few hours graft.

Does the sun only effect the outside (external) layer of the plastic or will I have to do the internal side too? That might be tricky to get a polisher in there where the screen goes down to the deck

A mate of mine used to restore bike screens with a polisher and T-cut, worked perfectly every time. Maybe worth doing a test area.

Set to work today for a few hours with my polisher and Plast RX

    https://www.halfords.com/motoring/ca...uiars-plast-rx

Before...bit hazy as you can see

Right side curve and centre first go

    All done

I dare say I can get it better but didnít want to go too mad. Iím also using a full size sander/polisher. I think a smaller da would be better. Happy overall though and thanks for the help!
