Default Rudder bushes for Westerly Konsort, Merlin and Griffon - Drawing and Possible Maker

    Hi All,

People may not be aware that Trafalgar Yacht Services who are suppliers of all things Westerly are winding down their chandlery in Fareham (not sure about the brokerage service)..

They have very kindly given me a copy of the drawing for the Konsort, Merlin and Griffon rudder bushes which I have attached to his post with their permission.

I am hoping that a mate will be able to make me a set, but if that does not come off I will be looking for a friendly machine shop who can make a set (or 3 ) for me.

They last about 5 to 7 years on my Griffon.

A better quality copy of the file can be found here (on my OneDrive):

    Any suggestions?

    They are made of UHMW.

    Happy sailing

If you get stuck i can make them but you would have to wait until i return from sailing in september.
i am based in Bradwell and can do odd jobs like this in the winter
It is all down to the fact that my wife does not understand me !!

Depending on the cost of making them, I'd be up to buy a spare set?

PM me if you think this is possible.

    Thanks,

We now make sets in UHMW and they are usually a stock item, other materials can be made to order
