Arhhh that there be. We're aiming to land at around 1500 on Saturday.

We'll be bringing a couple of single use BBQ's, and 2 little pirates.

Well done, pirates! Went past Stone Point today in fear and trembling, expecting to be boarded and made to walk the plank! Looked like a goodly number.

Have to say well done to Dave and Marueka (assume I spelt your name correctly). There may not have been a spud gun but this was outweighed by the treasure chest and general goings on

We were delighted to meet with you and the two young pirates. It felt quite like the old ECF days. Hope it continues.

    Thanks once again

Great to meet you both, it was really special, all the kids had fun and the adults had one of those rare opportunities to relax. The following morning was magical with the mist at sunrise. the birdsong and sheep bleating somewhere off in distance.

We all had fun, and whilst most of the people there were not expecting pirates to turn up they got into the swing of it and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

I hope we have honoured the tradition with the small gathering, and endless thanks to the crew of Independence for providing BBQ services when our Tesco special failed to light and turned into a useless still life!

The treasure chest was not depleted, and so may have to be dug up again next year
