    Evening all, newbie here. Sailing on the East Coast.
    Looks like a very active forum!

    Nobody sails on the East Coast. We spend the whole time stuck in the mud. Common knowledge.
    Far away is near at hand in images of elsewhere

    Depends on where and how you sail, certainly from the Tees to the Firth of Forth is excellent cruising ground

    Welcome to Scuttlebutt.

    I believe that there is actually an East Coast Forum on YBW but I've never been there 'cos those guys are seriously hard core.

    Based on the Orwell so I have to like mud. Someone from the East Coast Forum suggested looking here.
