    Default Seagull pro

This is an ultrasonic type device that claims to scare away seagulls. Itís £69 and Iím tempted to give it a go. Has anyone used it or got any experience of it? The battery is claimed to last for 9 months, with a range of 5-10 meters.

If it works, great, but I have my doubts. Hence asking the question here.

I guess no one has come across this product. Iíve ordered one and will report back on how effective it is, or not, as the case may be.

I used one of these https://www.deck-guard.com/, but unfortunately a number of humans can also hear the ultrasonics and I got complaints both from neighbouring boats and those across the ally, so I had to stop using it.

I am not sure it was much good scaring the b*gg*rs away!

You might be OK on your swing mooring in the Dart.

I had a slightly hazy recollection of this type of thing being discussed previously, quick search and: http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread...ird-Deterrents
