Default what is the correct size fuel pipe for a KA(M)D 300?

When I bought the boat @ 3 summers ago now, it had a fuel restriction issue on the starboard engine. Did all the obvious, filters, rodded through all pipes etc, re-routed rubber pipes to ease out any bends, problem solved.
this summer the port engine is having similar issues at @ 3500 +rpm (don't go there often cruise at 3K2).

Very sure its not filter related, almost certainly old rubber pipes going around tight bends. This time though a bit of simple rearranging is not possible owing to installation. So I am going to re-plumb the fuel system for both engines and fix it properly. I am also going to upgrade the fuel shut of valves as they look a bit on the small side too.
With that in mind what is the correct hose diameter? thanks

    Same .
Won’t metal bits on the filter hose tails ,tank cock(s) and injector pump in tail and the return pipe age be unchanged .

I’d be looking, or at least thinking about the internal diameter of those alloy fuel pipes that criss cross the rocker box on a KAD 300 , hmmm kinks or unseen corrosion??
Or contemplating having the injectors pulled and tested .
How many hrs have they done ?
