    Where did the capsized MoBo at Burham go?
    I respect my elders, but I can't find many now

    I think that whoever owned it was finally persuaded to remove it. Maldon District Council (which owns that part of the riverbed) now plans to build a jetty with provision for 4 houseboats in the space previously occupied by Llys Helig.

    This afternoon there was a big gap where it had been ..... unless I was looking in the wrong place, although I don't think so

    And gets the finance
    And the planning conditions are not too onerous to be worthwhile

    As it's Maldon District Council's own proposal, I'd expect it to be approved.
