Don't change anything about the boat, it's your boat, and she needs to see what it is really like or you will be making a rod for your own back. By all means let her sort out the interior if she becomes a permanent fixture.

Don't scare the s**t out of her with safety briefings, or disgust her with a detailed explanation of the heads.

Pick a nice day for the first introduction to boating, nice food and drink helps a lot.

Have whatever fun you want to have BEFORE introducing her to the boat - just in case she hates it.

    That's all I can think of ...

PS: Failing that, what Mr. Boots said.

Looks fade for all of us.
Obviously this is true in your case but fortunately not mine.

Tell her it's not really about the boat. It's about your obsessions and peace of mind.

I suspect they could do some damage to the headlinings as well.

Before wasting money on the preliminaries- like fish suppers and pints of beer you need a good chat up line.
    have you any money,?
does your dad own a brewery?
Do you have sex on first dates?
if the answer is a smack round the face then forget it.
If the answer is "yes" have one date and dump her- she's a slapper & a liar.. No bird' that would chat to you has a dad that owns a brewery

go sailing & look for another and ask the same questions
