I got a new one specialy as mine was soon to expire! Jims is all up to date! I have told him to go buy a sleeping bag so we should be sorted! Does this mean we have to do our own catering again?? I think I can manage bacon sarnies and a few other dishes so we will survive!

Spain & Portugal are both Schengen members so your SA boys will only need to get one visa (From the French embassey because that is their 1st port of call)
