When I bought wood, they said, 'You'll be forever doing maintainance,' So I bought steel, They said 'You'll be forever doing maintainance' Now I've bought GRP, And all I'm ever doing is bloody maintainance!!(MUST BE A CLASSIC YACHT!!!!)

Re: Windpilot Pacific. Servo pendulum, Vane steering system.
Tell me something, does anyone actually manage to buy anything, coz if I'm not mistaken, there appears to be a distinct lack of communication??

Does anyone buy or sell anthing?.
Yes, all the time.
An item I posted a few days ago was sold within less than 20 minutes.
It is just a case of not trying to bend the rules and being reasonable.
Such as,
When selling,
Keeping below or near to the £200 limit.
Stating a price.
Giving a good description.
When buying
Much of the communication between buyer and seller is via PM as it is a private way of communicating. Thus there is often a lot going on which is not seen.
I also find that there is a lot more trust between buyer and seller on this board than elsewhere.
Iain
