I'm getting a bit scared for that sort of stuff now, but would give it go on a toprope- can't remember the last time I wore my climbing shoes, but I suspect they still won't feel comfortable. My chalk has probably soaked up most of the moisture in my house, so won't be much use.
It's easy to forget how great it is out on the water.
