Hi all
With winter fast approaching I am planning my winter work on the boat. I have been using the RYA plotter on a laptop PC with their chart CD and a small gps antenna. and find this much easier on the eyes.(I don't mind advancing years but it's what comes with it that's a B******** and those tiny screens are awful) The drawback is that it is very basic and there is no way of connecting an auto pilot to it. So....
can anyone out there pleae tell me of some way I can do this. using a laptop PC.. I imagine there must be some software that will do this. I want to use a laptop PC as its portable off the boat,
I am fairly computer litersate so pleae help me with this one.
Many thanks in advance
Drew......
PS cost is also a concern.
