Hi Chaps,
Special one for you, but check the official forercasts before you leave.
Saturday:
Wind: Breezy morning, SE F4 perhaps local F5, probably easing F3 later.
Vis: G
Weather: Mainly Fair
Sunday:
Wind: Lighter S'ly F3
Vis: G perhaps M in any mist
Weather: Looks mainly fair, but there will be an increasing risk of mist and fog patches in western Channel and I am concerned you may just get clipped by this.
Hope that helps,
Simon

Ooops! Simon, you realise that the trip is not this weekend, but next!? My note to you elsewhere was by way of a 'heads up' that some help towards the end of next week would be nice!

Re: Weather for the Weekend
Really would appreciate a heads up say Tuesday 12th for the following Thurs/Frid/Sat /Sun.
Most will be leaving Thurs/ Friday for France and returning Sunday/Mon.
I would not wish to go if more than a F6 reach was forecast.
If you get this one wrong Simon you could lose a lot of your fan club!!
Thanks for advice and look forward to meeting you on your weather course.

Surely there will be some pressure, just need to know whether its High or Low

I thank God I wore my corset, for otherwise my sides would have split...

Re: Weather for the Weekend
Not sure that I want to go if there'll be no atmosphere.
Never forget that you are unique, just like everyone else.

Re: Weather for the Weekend
the only sites I have that 'predict' that far in advance are indicating NW going S/SE (Saturday) and lighter for the Sunday/Monday.
Guess those planning the St Vaast run wwould be pleasantly pleased if that got delivered!
