AAaaaaargh. Stupid interface. Clocked off yesterday at 0200h, with still a headland to round, having climbed back from 500th to 50th position. Race game executes turn too late, and I miss the finish line by 500 meters.

If you give an order to be executed in 2 hours at 1803, the computer will execute it at 2015. Disobedient crew!

I think there would have been a weather update around 1830, are you sure the forecast didn't change and the boat sailed slower or quicker than the prediction before the update?

Thanks all. Been on holiday on the boat for the last 2 weeks.
SWMBO was not best happy when we had to tack inshore so I could get a mobile signal to change course on SOL. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
