Although it's nominally an aviation service this link clearly shows that you don't need to give airline details for registry for your personal phonepatch account. These people are incredibly helpful - I'd front up to them and tell them why you want to use the service - the Jester is well enough known to get a sympathertic hearing in Sweden, I'd have thought.
Only potential glitch is your ham HF may not do the aviation frequencies required for the initial contact before they put you onto a general one for the conversation.
Worth a check, even so?
