I agree - who needs a marquee - we're not planning a disco or anything that would need to be kept dry, and we're all boaters with wet weather gear. Lets make it a pontoon party/muster and if it gets wet we can all wear our wetsuits!
Also there must be a local chippie or pizza place that will deliver 100 portions at a discount price? If everyone brings their own booze we can do it all for far less than £35 a head.
C'mon we're boaters - we thrive in the face of adversity don't we?
