Entering Turkey through Gocek or Fethiye

Reading some previous threads on the subject I almost dread asking but ... we've had Mr. Bülent Fidan of Blues Yachting recommended as an agent to steer us through the necessary protocols for entering Turkey with our yacht.

We'll be coming in from Rhodes and were planning on making Gocek or Fethiye our entry port.

Can anyone there or with recent experience give us a steer to make the process as painfree as possible?
