Default Claymore..Laird of all Scots Scuttlebutters.

ttHere we are in the land of milk & honey, towering mountains, very deep water and lot's of rocky bits....totally overpowering for this E.coast, mud & big sky loving type! Having traversed the East coast, the firths and the fourths, The Caledonian, Loch Eil, Linne, Aline, and Sunart, needed restocking on the food, booze,& ciggy front....so came into Tobermory yesterday, as we came into the pontoons, followed by that which I assumed was my icon of scots scuttlebuttery...the redoubtable Claymore!....How kind, he's seen the but burgee! and hastened to welcome the good ship Highland Lass so far from home. Now tis true that we have taken our time enjoying the trip.....but 'twas not my hero....but Har.master from Clyde!....with a dreadful tale of woe....So apologising if it is/was old news....but has the proper Claymore & owner recovered from contac with Jura?....hope all is well with you.
