Default Headsail for Small Yacht

Could do with a slightly larger jib for my Seahawk 17.
Luff maximum 15ft and foot 7-8ft. (I think the leech would be about 13 ft plus a bit)
Needs to be hank-on.

Default Headsail

That looks about the size of an Osprey headsail. Goacher makes them for the association and himself. He may have a development or well worn one going spare in the loft.

Alas. Current jib 36 sq ft, Osprey 31 sq ft.
I do have a 45 sq ft jib handy, but it has a wire luff without hanks. I don't think I can tension it enough without a wire halyard and lever.

Yep. I've found some screw-on hanks. That's another job to do.
