Laying Up Costs in the Med?

We sail a 35 foot boat and usually have a lift out for two months in July/August and then 6 months from October.
June 2007 2months in Vibo Valentia, Italy - 1392 Euros
Oct 2007 6 months Manoel Island, Malta - 1890 Euros
June 2008 2 months Preveza, Greece - 702 Euros
Oct 2008 6 months Preveza, Greece - 1126 Euros
June 2009 2 months Leros, Greece - 900 Euros
Oct 2009 6 months Leros, Greece - 1300 Euros

As you can see Greece is much cheaper than Malta and Italy. Also we tend to go back to the same yard in October, partly because its easier once you know the yard's routine and partly because you can get a discount on the second lift out.
