Have you tried e-bay. They crop up fairly regularly, both new and second-hand. The RD218 is the newest version and is bigger overall than the unit it replaces. Some of the previous generation are compatible with the E -series. One for sale on e-bay at the moment. Cable would be about £80 or so extra (also for sale on ebay). See following link :-
