Post Boat Blueprints

Wonder if anyone knows of a website or where one can acquire blueprints of older boats, in particular I am looking for the blueprints, layout or any info I can get of my two boats, Cytra 38 Ambassador and my Senior Marine 28.

Thanks for any help
Simon

First port of call has to be the builder. If they do not exist any more try local museum they may have the records. Fans of the model may have their own web site which may help.If the boats are of historical value try the Historical Ship Register. Best of Luck.

Neither builders exist anymore and the boats have no historic value, Really what I was hoping for if someone has any information they would pass it onto me. Seems that it may be a good idea to start a website dedicated to blue prints, builders plans as they seem hard to come by.

Most owners have some line drawings. Are there Owners Associations for these boats ?

The only owners group I can find are in Germany and I did apply to join but it seems they gave me a miss, maybe my English wasn't what they were looking for LOL

anyway I have taken the steps of measuring and drawing a scaled drawing painfully slow but it is working out.
