So, 60 people and 20 boats. A good time had by all with only one dissenter

More of the same next year?

Definitely there next year..... my own boat hopefully.... but if things conspire against me, then i'll again be pleading for a crewing slot....

...and you'll be more than welcome to join me... Is it too early to post a 'want to come, but crew needed' thingy?

In fact, may I suggest that we don't close this one until we've organised a date for another meet? How about Yarmouth some time in November? Those who keep boats away from the Solent could find berths on local boats as a guard against poor weather...

i'll second that. it is an ideal weekend after main summer hols and while weather still reasonable. neaps preferable to springs,
