Default Speeders On Windermere

I was down at the lake shore this evening at 8.15 and could see and hear someone flying up and down further up the lake. They seemed to be giving rides to someone at the Miller Ground Jetties. Lots of shrieking and "Hoo-Har"s

Anyway they stopped after 20 minutes or so and chugged back, past me in the dusk.

Hmmmm

That description, along with pics, should go to the authorities.

I get the feeling they would have been "rehearsing procedures"

If the local rag can get all heated about how much comment they get on a burnt chair, imagine how much comment we could create for this one!

Take it to the press. MBM would be a good start and the local paper. Maybe a waterskiers mag too. [--word removed--]

LS,

I am not defending the speed limit but the Wardens did not want it in the first place (if that is a wardens boat and not park authority). It is the LDNPA that did the deal so I am all for those guys having fun, and I am sure they turn an occasional blind eye to itsonlymoney et al!

If it is the Park Authority shop them all to every publication you can!

Cheers
