Default Dibden bay

I was very surprised to see the RYA withdraw from the Dibden Bay enquiry.

Increased merchant traffic in the Solent and Southampton Water will have an enormous effect on thousands of small boat sailors. Certainly the Cruising Association felt sufficiently strongly on this that it choose to continue fighting the proposals unsupported by the RYA.

Why were the RYA so craven?
