Default wiring change

Hi all can anyone tell me if 115v wiring on a carver can take 240 volt supply as i wish to change mine over, [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

HI,
You're unlikely to get an answer to this question, on this part of the forum, as it deals only with fuel matters.
Suggest you move it to the Practical Boatowner section.

it should as you duble the voltage you half the current so should be ok?

Check the wires for printed info ? should say somthing like 415 volts?

Max voltage to use on wire?
