If this works it could be a sticky or even turn into a gallery who knows
I'll start the ball rolling:
Pixie , 1983, Sadler 32, owned since the end of May 09!
Over to you....

Re: Readers Boats....
I go for small and beautiful
13 foot mahogany on oak clinker dinghy, shown on Windermere, built in mid '50s but the maker is unknown. Probably a one-off as the transom is not symmetrical (!). It's an 11 strake design giving fine lines. Wooden spars, but aluminium centre plate and rudder blade. I've replaced the jib with a newer red one. I also have another wooden mast and a much larger red mainsail which I am planning to convert to a lugsail so I'll have a choice of rigs.
My project trimaran shown on Coniston. Based on a 10ft ply skiff I was given the outriggers are made from 3mm ply and suspended on 10ft alloy poles. The unstayed mast is a combination of a Topper alloy bottom section and a sailboard mast for the top sections. The sail is a full Laser. It has a removable leeboard and the rudder is from a Phantom dinghy operated by a lever system so that I can face forward whilst sailing. It's an ongoing project as something usually breaks each time out. The last breakage was the mast step, so the next problem, now that is reinforced, may be a vast overpowering and pitch-pole.
I may sell it this year as I have less time to fiddle about.

1972 Halcyon 27. it's been to the USA and West Indies, that's more than me
June now and still not in the water yet, and I see no prospect at the moment with work. To sell or not to sell that is question, is it better to she her sailing with someone else, or just sitting in the yard.
This is a hard life.

Unfortunately Sir, you are incorrect.
Fortunately there are as may boat designs as there are opinions on what makes a pretty boat.

No (never read, anyway), but I presume the original owners were. Either that, or they were the only retired couple in Cheshire into German techno-funk.

Not just another AWB to me:
"Two J's III" Beneteau Oceanis 331 2002 (Mine from new). Pic taken in Braye Harbour Aug 08, still waiting for someone up the Beaulieu to take some sailing pics from his mobo. (Subtle hint!)

Here's mine: Bryter Layter, Sea Ray 215 (sorry; no action pix and this one's rather old. I'm still waiting for someone up the Beaulieu River to take some pix from his raggie....)
Actually, it's a good idea to get some pix - we should try and synchronise our movements some time and I'll "borrow" Mrs jhr's Nikon.
