Hi sjclewes,(too tired to argue)
Should be easy enough, use a paste between the s/s bracket and the alloy mast, your rigger or chandler will advise (some use plumber's mate goo!)
more importantly the data with the wind generator will indicate the type of fasteners and the size to be used.
I'd imagine monel metal will be the choice of rivet material, and being tough will need a lazy tongs type rivet setter or one with arms about 2 feet long.A big grunt will be needed and be careful with your thumbs when the shank pulls out of the set rivet. The leech of the main should be well away from tangling with the unit, but as it is best mounted well up the mizzen there should not be a problem with this issue.
My pal has done this with an Oyster Mariner 35 Ketch and is well pleased with the installation.
Good sailing and boating to all.

Use Duralac and monel rivets, to prevent it being immovably jammed.

SS to anodised aluminium doesn't necessarily mean any corrosion - -it's the fixings that cause the trouble.
