Talking Clyde Wanderer's Hummingbird

Having seen this http://news.bbc.co.uk/earth/hi/earth...00/8338728.stm Was just wondering if Clyde Wanderer has as much control of his sails.

That is amazing!
I am pleased to see (hear rather!) that David Attenborough is still a brilliant narrator (it sounds like him?)

Aye Dan, I have been known to sail backwards (firth of Luing) and wave my hands around now and again, although must admit dont have as mush energy to spent on charming the birds lately, not as agile climbing trees these days. Good show though.

What a fantastic piece of video. Makes you realise what an incredibly diverse planet we live in.
Mind you, watching the seagulls at the local landfill will never be the same after that ...........

Oh yes it is!!!!

Just reminds me of the way Clyde Wanderer sets the sails on Hummingbird. Ha Ha.

He also may find it is a better way of attracting the harbourmaster at Rothesay than the VHF.!!!!
