Way too fast. Most of the participants still believe the human body cannot travel at those speeds, and their lungs would be sucked out by the air pressure. Jimi still has charts with areas marked 'Here be Dragons', but that could just be he's too tight to buy new ones, of course...

I still think it'll be a bit cheaty and easy. To my mind it would be far more accurate to recapture the olden days by having no charts, a rubbish compass, and a **** watch and no lights.
