This looks like a good effort, however the risk of "getting organised" is, that all moorings will become chargable. At the moment I reckon I can get the length of the river and not pay a penny, unless I choose to stop somewhere chargable.
The EA may see an opportunity to raise revunue and with boaters encouragement
