Land lubber Question ?

Looking to buy a Fontaine Pajot 38 catamaran. 1995. Yanmar engines one new 2000 the other original 3000 hrs what are your views please at age and hours and possible cost of new engine 20 hp or around there. Main sail shot too. Any thoughts welcome.
